Niacin is a myth an like you said in your post, causes skin irritation and discomfort. Ive never heard of B-12 increasing your metabolism, exercise is the best way to increase metabolism. Cranberry juice will not help to rid you of thc but only help to prevent bacterial infections. Pick up some metamucil and some test strips. Continue to exercise and keep yourself hydrated but you dont need to overdo it. Read the dilution sticky at the top of the forum it has all the info you will need. Masking agents are also a myth and very unreliable, they are nothing but expensive dilution.
Deige Reviewed by Deige on . B-12/Niacin So my test is a week away, since I run or exercise most days anyways, I went to GNC and took a look at some B-12/Niacin supplements. Spoke with a rep there, said B-12 is good for ridding your cell counts of lipids (where I believe THC is housed) and Niacin is good for increasing metabolism. I'm thinking that taking a couple of each before working out could be a good combination (in addition to drinking cranberry juice/water and not smoking!)
