seems like Niacin can cause skin irritation/headaches, probably not best for jogging outside on a hot day, lol. But does taking a couple B-12 tablets to increase metabolism before working out make sense to anyone? What about a stimulant like ephedrine? I think I'll save the Niacin for later this evening and drink some cranberry juice.

Thanks y'all!

Spoke with a rep there, said B-12 is good for ridding your cell counts of lipids (where I believe THC is housed) and Niacin is good for increasing metabolism. I'm thinking that taking a couple of each before working out could be a good combination (in addition to drinking cranberry juice/water and not smoking!) I've smoked once in about 10 days and still Rating: 5
