Lighting Questions ofr Indoor Scrog

Ok so i am gorwing in my closet and I am about to do a ScrOG grow. I am limited by the lights that I have at the moment and I am not able to get any more lights. I was wondering which lights out of these I should use:
1. 23w CFL
2. 13w CFL x 2
3. 15w CFL tube
4. 150w Halogen JDD

Keep in mind that I am only growing one plant. Also I was wondering if I used the halogen, how far away from the plant should I keep it as I have never used halogen in the past.

Give it the most cfl light you can. Halogens are no good for growing.

All the flouros you can stuff in the closet without turning it into an oven! You'll need some type of ventilation. Keep the flouros 2-4 inches from the plants, watch for burns, tie the shoots back if they grow up into the lights.
