Parts of site failed to load... If you are using an ad blocker addon, you should to disable it (it blocks more than ads and causes parts of the site to not work).

Beware of surprise maintenance and/or management inspections. Especially if it's in your rental agreement allowing them access even if you are not present. Smell is another concern in such an enviornment.

If you have the tools and skills, I'd build my own. Would measure the dimentions of the largest pots you'll use, and, giving yourself a few extra inches, build the light-proof cabinet to fit those dimentions. When measuring, remember the 3' plant will be in a 12" (or so) pot, making overall height 4 feet. (plus the distance between plant and light) Would suck finding out you're two or three inches too small, and can only fit two plants.
Keep in mind the larger the interior dimensions, the easier it will be to control heat. Smaller cabinets restrict the type of lighting you can use. (unless you use a cool-tube type of set-up.)
