BENDING LEAVES?????
I'm going with overwatering (two to three times a day) and underwatering (just wetting the top). :wtf:
The general rule is to water well, soaking the medium and then letting them dry out before watering again. Depending on the size of the container that could be in 3 days or a week or anywhere in between.
Two common ways to check the soil to see if you need to water is either stick a finger up through a drain hole to check if soil is still wet. The other way (the one I personally use) is to sink your finger down into the soil to your second knuckle. If dry, water again.
