Mind, Body, & Spirit.
I believe, fully, that the mind spirit and body are all ONE thing, in ONE place. that these three aspects of the self coexist together in harmony, non duality.
That heaven, the mindsacpe, and the Earth are all 3 dimensions of one plane, that everything we think, do, and feel are expressions of our SELF, as composed of the three- mind, body, and spirit -elements.
Every time we act, we are expressing something of the mind, body AND spirit working together to create a perspective of said action, to create the experience.
Every time we experience, we are perceiving the actions of another mind, body, spirit cocktail.
Now, the more complex issue is WHAT are the mind, body, and/or spirit MADE of?
what is this energy? these vibrations? what are they?
Quantum physicists have begun to say that in the quantum, reactions often times precede the triggering actions...
THIS sounds very much like the mechanics of MIND.
Soul... what is soul? i believe it is the energy i speak of, the vibrations and revibrations that set the mind and body into motion.
:wtf: i think i lost myself there, but i will leave it at that for now, and further articulate my thoughts later

Mind, Body, & Spirit.
i downloaded the book, and will read through it in time, but i've seldom liked standing on top of other people's works to formulate my ideas, however, i also happen to skin through much of these such works in search of those tiny pearls that just shout out at me, the ones that ring true beyond all reason and logic.
The Tao of Jeet Kune Do has been the one book that has rang true through and through, beyond the martial arts aspect, the things Lee describes in awareness and perceptions has been something i've been pondering for a long time now. it has been over a decade that i have delved into the inner ideals of infinity, broadened my horizons to applying it to, infinitely, everything.... it's becoming more clear to me the way things are, and yet, it is all too clear that absolute clarity does not exist without absolute uncertainty.
The polar opposites compliment each other, as opposite as they may be, they cannot exist without their counterparts.
Light within shadow; shadow within light.
An excerpt from the Tao of Jeet Kune Do:
Nothing cannot be defined; the softest thing cannot be snapped.
Nothing = Infinity = Nothing = Infinity, etc.
If one were to perceive infinity as a whole, it would be nothing.
My own complimentary description:
Nothing is to a blank canvas; As infinity is to a painting.
this point of view often times nullifies everything, both sides of every extreme and calm. it devalues everything, only to reassert a new, often times more appropriate, value.
Through this thought process, with many years of contemplating the spiritual nature of life, the mind's workings, and bits and pieces of various philosophies and religions, i have decided that my initial post is, for the time being, my personal truth.
it changes with every movement, micro and macroscopic. infinitely smaller measurements of "time", infinitely. as well as the infinitely larger ones...
constantly changing everything of everything. Especially me, and the way i think.

yeah... for the most part, i try to think from the ground, up. i will do a little research here and there if and when someone mentions a similarity between my thought processes and a particular piece, or if the mood strikes me, but i still try to distance myself from what i read, just enough, so that i dont start plagiarizing (sp?) someone else's work lol
as far as the whole spiritual, mental, religious, and physical life....
i just think that they are all working together in the NOW to create the NOW, and every action and reaction is a combined effort of the mind, body, and spirit.
i guess i have nothing more to say, other than...
let's spar
i find martial arts to be the root of sport  very down to earth and straight forward, no extra rules, no boundaries set by anyone other than the self...
