OUtdoors you have a couple options that WILL work, and a few that probably won't.
Starting with what you DON'T want to use in an outdoor grow that is not in a fenced area, blood meal and bone meal would be great except that they attract animals.
So you can use composts as a general soil enrichment- mix several big scoops of rich black compost, either that you made or bought bagged, into the hole you are going to plant in. The Coast of Maine products are very rich. I know the farmers supply sells several types of rich bagged compost that is great for outdoor use.
Also, look for bat guano. There are different locations it comes from, such as Peru and Jamaica, and there is also seabird guano available. I don't know what your local farmers supply has, but a seabird guano with a high first number (N) is good for veg, and the bat shit is good for flower.
Fish emulsion is a veg nute, but again, be careful that it does not attract critters. Seaweed emulsion is a nice flower supplement, and does not attract animals.
I hope that helps?
