Weird plant forum?

You ever had a mutant plant? Or one that just doesn't look right? I got this little weirdo growing in my cabinet. Remember that cheesy 80's TV show "Life Goes On" with the down syndrome guy "Corky"? I think Corky was reincarnated into a pot seed that grew into a retard. And the Corkster found his way into my garden. It started growing sideways now it decided to grow downwards towards the dirt. :wtf: If it ends up being female what will the buds look like?

Regarding your grow attempt:
Likely not a genetic mutant, but is likely growers' error. How are you determining when to water? What kind of lights, which nutes and how often...
Rather than us in the community asking a hundred questions, how about filling-out the troubleshooting form? (located in my signature)

Looks to me like heat stress and/or underwatering, but with no other usable info, it's just a guess.

Not too sure I agree with your assesment of those aflicted with down syndrome as being "retard"s. Pretty fucking insensitive and unwarranted. As this site is dedicated to the medical use of cannabis to alleviate symptoms of a myriad of diseases and disabilities, both physical and mental, this seems a tad offensive.

I agree; probably not a direct expression of inherent genetic mutation. It is possible that environmental conditions (including those produced by any person(s) caring for the plant) caused a point mutation resulting in abnormal growth post germination; however these types of mutations are rare as well (at least ones that cause a significant change in the plant without killing it). I would say it is probably a factor of temperature, ***light***, and/or watering/feeding resulting in positive gravitropism (downward growth) above the root level. Usually positive gravitropism is seen only in roots, which grow down, and negative gravitropism is seen in stems (which grow up, obviously). The amount, type, and direction of light can all cause directional changes in growth, but don't necessarily indicate a change in gravitropism (specifically dealing with gravity). I'm just throwing out ideas, as it could be one or multiple factors that may or may not be related.

I wasn't trying to get the plant diagnosed, I was just showing an odd plant. It grows right next to the others, (same light, nutes, temps,etc.), yet it was different. Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you RT or anyone else. I'm not "dedicated to bashing those with disabilities either. Theres alot more important stuff going in the world to get upset about.

This plant has gone through SO much stress and has been in flowering for 90 days but the buds just wont fill out. Should i cut her down and cut my losses or do you think the colas will fill out with buds more? New growth is coming in but all the leaves are mutated and tiny and some even curled in a ball. What is the problem here?
