Smoking in public

i live in chicago and i smoke outside my apartment all the time. my neighbors and landlord all smoke. the cops in my district are all pretty cool too, theyre more worried about crackin down on the crack houses and heroin dealers.

I wish it was more like that here. It's very decriminalized but people still fear getting caught sor just plain smoking?! It's sad that fear is put into canabis smokers just because they want to feel the opposite...Happy!

As for the top ramen being thrown at the cop. I respect cops myself. Most of them dont care about your pot smoking habits. My dad was a cop for 15 years (a bike cop at that! lol) I smoke with him atleast once a week. Hes retired now though.
