I am just slightly concerned about that one small brown mass of roots at the top of the last photo, just left of center. I really don't think you have any root rot though, it's most likely the food. I would keep an eye out though, they roots look a little slimy, which sometimes goes together with rot.

Dude, that looks for sure like just stain from your nutes. When I use floranova series nutes, they tend to stain the roots brown. Looks all good to me!
