Black Leaf tips

Anyone know what it means when the leaves are green in the middle, yellow on the edges and just a tiny speck of black on the very edge of the tip? It really looks like someone put a black speck on the very tip of each of the leaf points. I would attach a pic, but the black specks are so tiny, I cant pick them up with a camera.

sounds like ph lockout may be killing off your leaves.
