first time grow only a single clone

this is gona be my first grow ever. im only goin to grow a single clone in a space of about 20 x 20 x 60 inch tall and what lighting would work best but not cost me loads what reflective should i use and im gna use soil and which soil would work best and be the easiest to get??? any help would be gr8 and going 2 good cause :stoned:

If you're doing it on the cheap nirvana's white rhino is meant to be extremelty potent and only £15 for ten, go to your local growshop i see you are in wales our laws here are pretty chilled on everything upto germination you could get everything reflective sheeting, an envirolite , soil and pot's for £60, you can get ready mixed soil at your growshop plagron or biobizz allmix is supposedly good or you can use normal multi prupose potting soil and mix that with perlite. There are lot's of seeds just ask in your growshop they will know what you're upto talk to you about strains and lighting, They're usually a friendly bunch of stoners

Ooops just relized you have one cutting well you turn that into a mother (which would envolve making another room and light to start your cuttings or grow it massive or keep it and buy some seeds to join it.

Sounds like you have a good grow space for just 1 plant. If you dont wan spend loads of money on lighting try ebay. I found my 250w HPS for about $100 shipped. You can also go to walmart and get some warm white cfl's. CFL's will work from start to finish. If you use the cfl's I would actually go to lowes or home depot and get a couple 300w cfl's. They run about $10 a bulb as opposed to the pack of 3 or 4 - 75w bulbs for $8, but they will put out a ton more lumes. Which is actually what you want. The more light the better the yields. But the HPS would result in better yields and potency. The orange light is IDEAL for the flowering cycle. And the more blueish colors for veg.

Also while you are walmart go to the camping section and buy 2 security camping blankets, they run about $1.98 ea. That will cover your entire grow space top to bottom.

Here is an idea for your soil.. again while at the Wal go to the gardening section and get some Miracle Grow Moisture Control Potting Mix. Or Miracle Grow Organic Potting Mix. If you get the organic mix, pick up a bag of vermiculite about $3 and mix it 1 part vermiculite to 2 parts soil. It will help retain moisture and keep the sol from compacting. I use the Miracle Grow Orgainc as my soil, I just added some "Guano Grow" From "Age Old Organics" N-P-K is 8-4-1 w/ 1% calcium. I just add 1 Tbsp, per gallon pot of soil, and its good to grow. All the stuff you need is on Ebay. Im sure of it.

I have been thinking of buying the AK47xlowrider or the desiel rider both look nice strains and i can have them alongside the HPS whilst mine are vegging just to keep me smoking while the others finish.:jointsmile:

As for yield under an HPS you could get around an ounce a plant.
