I'm unable to watch online videos... The document sounded like an overcomplicated plan for snuffing riots and group demonstrations that get too crazy for local LEO to handle... I don't see anything wrong with that, other than a huge waste of more taxes.

"If any civil disturbance by a resistance group, religious organization, or other persons considered to be non-conformist takes place, under Appendix 3 to Annex B of Plan 55-2 hereby gives all Federal forces total power over the situation if local and state authorities cannot put down said dissenters."

That part sounds kinda reasonable, but...

"Annex A, section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and general anti-government dissenters as Disruptive Elements. This calls for the deadly force to be used against any extremist or dissident perpetrating any and all forms of civil disorder."

That part is what concerns me the most. Deadly force against tax protesters?! I thought it was our duty to protest taxes that seem unfair and unjust?

no problem, funny thing about that is I was watching/listening to his stand-up on tv yesterday like while i was posting this, lol funny. he will be missed though, shitty he had to go...
