Ditch Weed Heroesi think of bagseed as an unknown strain/mexican brick/an f1 that has not been stablized.either way you look at it you can still get dam good bud from any of it..ive grown some brick that i would not smoke.but with a little TLC it becomes what most consider KB

Ditch Weed HeroesHeh northeastern outdoor kinda light sched...Never had a strictly 3 leaf'd type let alone one flowering this early or that short but hey, it looks like I'm finally lucky enough to have one that will finish by August-ish? Be nice if it were a true auto-flower then I really would be inclined to take a clipping. Originally Posted by killfrenzi Originally Posted by killfrenzi

Ditch Weed Heroes80% genetics, 20% environment.

The above ratio looks quite sad to most without access to brand name seeds from banks and such.

However, the environment is what allows the genetics to reach their full potential.

The majority of the erb in my area is kinda gross compressed mexi-brick with many, many seeds. These are the only seeds I have access to.

However, I grow sticky, crystally sinsemilla.

Merely by growing a sinsemilla crop, the potency is automatically doubled (at least, if not tripled) from the original bag of erb, which was full of seeds.

Then remove the variables of poor handling and compression etc and the potency is further increased.

We go from seedy mexi-brick with very low potency (probably 2-3% THC?) and a very nasty taste (from contaminants to pesticides, etc)

to a nice sinsemilla crop with triple or quadruple the potency and a great taste, merely by improving the environment.

Starting with brand name genetics is great if you can.

But if all you have is crap weed, and crap weed is all you are conditioned to smoking, you will definitely be in for a nice surprise if you grow those crap weed seeds out correctly with lots of TLC.

 peace

Ditch Weed HeroesCool shit big johnson, those yours?

Here are a couple of my other pet projects, one is my 1st rubbermaid grow attempt, the tube you see is the C02 delivery (lil holes in it) system from the lower compartment of the two- as the plant sits in the middle on the upside down lid covered in foil tape. Yes, I like to experiment. This was high quality bagseed. Mighty cerebral, s'all I know.

These crummy pictures of one of my babie's with pretty bad mite damage, but thats the worst of the plant and I've sprayed since. Hadn't gone out to the site thats why. BUT I'm still in good spirits because thats not even the biggest leaf, and my hands are NOT small.:greenthumb: Happy Frog Organic Soil gifted to me mixed with Foxfarm Seafood organic soil I had left over from last season, what the hell, ay? These are also high quality bagseed...apparently a strain from California doing damn good overall here in the N/E sofar. It's about 3 ft tall after maybe 6 er 7 weeks?
