Babies
The 24th i decided to do lots of needed work to the plants. I went out and lined all the walls of the room (except ceiling and floor) with a space blanket. Also i tied all of the plants at horizontal angles to make them grow more budding sites. Im trying to tie them in a spiral sort of way. Im just starting and its looking good already. I'll keep it posted with the results of this. They are about 18-20 inches tall for the ones that im about ready to bud. However im unsure if i just want to let them keep growing. Will this give me a bigger yeild? How much bigger? When would i know the time is right? The plants had a big stress and almost died. We lost all leaves except for a few, so they had bare stems and had to regrow most of their vegitation. I think the plants are actually somewhere around 3 months old. But im not sure, we didnt mark down the date. Should we start to boost some nutrients more then others now? I really would like some advice or what not. Im a beginner, but i spend most of my free time researching growing, so i feel like i have a good understanding. Any help is always appreciated.

ur going inta bud ,,,
im not sure how many u have maybe i missed it in ur thread...
bUt chnaging ur ferts is not a BAD thing when u go inta bud ...so ur right there...as far as lighting there is HPS lighting now u can get new its 100.00
only 70 watts f-that SOO get used. 250 or 400 ta start.. pawn shops even hydro shops all have used hps lighting systems.(lights arent illegal ).
tieing ur plant is a great practice..bonzia as u stated for more BUD sites..tho it may not increase ur bud>> SURE it will... it does allow more air as well as light ta each individual bud.... xcellent practice... keeps u in touch with ur plants u will see problems from bugs ,overferting, underferting, changes etc all in ur pant due ta the fact ur so close to them.....
id say ur on the right track,,,, the intenet is a great place to research ur options...and sites like this are ideal FOR personal responce....
cheers...CC..
but for good plants u need ...good.
. LIGhT and cycLE
. MEDIUM
. WATER
most of all Patience..
always ImhoP..

The light actually is working pretty damn good. We used to have a 150 watt one with the 50 watt that that one is. But a bad accident changed that.

Some growers like to wait until the Kannabis plant matures before changing to flower cycle others change to flower cycle when the plant is 6 to 18 inches tall. When the leafs grow across from each other the Kannabis plant is immature. In the pictures you supplied those plants are immature. Once the leafs stop growing across from each other the plant is then mature.
The light you are using will lower the yield and quality.
Good Kannabis Growing!
