I believe that other thing makes you throw up, I don't know how bad it is for you though, check erowid, I always go with the DXM only stuff. Other active ingredients mess you up.

I swear like everday there is like A DXM releated question. All you have to do is scroll down the page a little bit and see a TON of DXM threads with the same question over and over.
