It seemed that when the ember spread to an unburnt portion f the bud there was a spark or something and a distinct snapping sound. At first i just figured it was moisture because the weed looks just like any other pretty good weed and is rather dense and moist, but the consistency of the ash made me wonder if something was weird with the weed.
