has anybody ever had problems germinating NL seeds??

this is the second time, that ive tried germinating them and ive had NO luck... out of 10 seeds, only 1 has germinated.... i tried the paper towel method, rockwool, soil.... but they are just sitting there.

never had that problem with any other seed... always had a 100% success rate before this strain. wtf ??
