What's the temp at? Are they in the dark? Are they even sprouting from the seed? from the soil? do you have a water softner? Are they staying evenly moist? Are they soggy and suficating? How long have they been germinating for? Where did you get them from?
FYI we don't know what you know. You need to take the time and tell us every small detail. The more info you give the more likely we are to help. Sometimes we don't want to take someone all the way back to school if they can't even give us the information we need.

ok here are the answers to your questions chronic chrissy:
I tried to plant them in rockwool...along with other seeds, temps was about 25°C.. the other seeds (lemonstinky & skunk) had no problems popping out of the rockwool after a few days and growing healthy but the NL are just not doing anything... the seeds havnt cracked even (after 10 days of being in the rockwool and in the dark) so i used the paper towel method right now on those same seeds, they are on a heating pad in a closet (again in the dark)... its been 5 days and still NOTHING, nothing is happening, i make sure the paper towel is moist... so i dont get it... they are not soggy and suffocating, i dunno what a water softener is so i guess the answer to that would be no, and of course they are moist!
i got the seeds from some seedbank but dont remember the name of it offhand.
I was just wondering if this was a common thing for NL seeds to take an unusual time to sprout or if i just got a bad batch from the seedbank. cuz i would understand a couple not germinating but 9 out of 10??? they werent crushed or anything either. =(
