I agree he shouldn't do it. And that has been said in this thread... and he has been told how to do it another way (the mail). I should have made that clear... I totally agree he should not do it.

What I've tried to do is to answer his original question, nonetheless. If he were to do it, then how could he do it without risking getting his friend in legal trouble? The legal answer is, "try to dog proof it as best as possible and keep it in your bag. Then, if busted, claim it as your bag and your weed, and acknowledge your friend knew nothing of it... and he won't be busted with you."

What I was taught in criminal law in law school is that doing that will eliminate the possibility of his friend being charged with a crime... even though it is his car.

there are many ways to stash your weed but this thread isn't the place to discuss them but rather, this guy should have been advised to NOT do it.
