I am with dailihashi on that one. Even if the United States united and did something. The big problem will be closed minded cigarette smokers that also use marijuana.

Which has been my experience (with a limited, narrow minded group, hopefully different with mmj group-here) My bros smoke cigs from addiction and marijuana because they 'like it!' and that will be the problem. The have no clue or cannot understand the medicinal properties of marijuana. It drys up what cigs moisten and force to drain! If I am around cig. smoke and the room has been sprayed with something, I cannot smell it, I am sick from exposure, anyway and that night! I do not even know it was in the room and I get allergic bonchitis, asap! Unless I happen to medicate for somethihng else before it is too late!

I think they should allow use in the air! Those that aren't asleep, soon will be from second hand, if only that would work. Doubt, it'll become legal, might accidenly medicate, someone who needs it!
