First drug test ever!! Please help!!

Is there any place to look up Drug testing Laws for a Particular State? or is there just Federal Law? I have never seen a Thread on Drug Testing Laws on any Website.

Now let's get down to business!! I'm a 26 year old female that is 112 lbs. and 5'5". I smoke a few hits before bed usually every day. I just had a second interview TODAY and they told me that I will need to take a drug test before starting this new position! I smoked yesterday (June 23rd) abou 4-5 hits and I need to take a piss test by Saturday (Jun 28th) AHHHHH! I had NO IDEA Rating: 5

Thanks Burnt Toast. I had someone once tell me the company has to give 30 days notice to test unless it was Accident Related and would like to find out if this is true and what the Laws are.
