I have a few cloning questions.
I have cloned around 4-6 times in the past 10 years.
they all grew ok to ok.
so now I have 3 clones that I took from my outdoor plants.2 of these clones R female. and the 3ed clone is unsexed.
there all in a home made bubble dwc cloner I made.
and this time I wanted to make 1 of them in to a small bushy mother plant. for more clones.
now for the cloning questions.
Q)1: do they need a dome over them?
Q)2: my stoner ass for got how long till I should see some roots?
Q)3: and how hard is it to make a mother plant from a female clone.
Q)4: how can I keep 1 of em in a small pot of soil/ DWC so I can grow it into small bushy mother plant. for more future clones.
so help on this would be great. thanks.

I have a few cloning questions.
You have to mist them regularly or keep them covered. Let some fresh air in every day. Cloning is too much work for my lazy butt. I like begging for seeds.. :rastasmoke:

these pix R from tonight.
and yea I just saw a half in root the clone in the middle of the 3 of them.
well hopefuly I can grow 1 of these clones into a mother plant for future clones.
so stay tuned for that folks to see if my plan works out.

I have a few cloning questions.
Lookin pretty good. I have the same type cloner and it usually takes about 2 weeks for good roots to be showing. You could mist but I dont bother since water is constantly hitting them. Also you could cut the leaves in half so that the plant wont work as hard on breathing and create roots faster.
Same applies for clones as seeds. They are easy to make into moms. I grow soil so I just transplant when enough roots and they take off in a few days into a large plant just like the seed they came from. Of course pinching helps to give you more growing shoots to clone with.

I have a few cloning questions.
And question 4. Just put the clone in 18/6 under a few fluoros an pinch it once or twice. Also LST and you will have more clones than you can handle in a few months.

I have a few cloning questions.
hey hydro, forwhat has given you good info.
1) i'd say no, with a bubble cloner, you don't really need a dome
2) with a bubble cloner, you should have enough roots to transplant within 10 days
3) easy as shit, as forwhat said, once rooted, any female cutting can become a momma
4) with topping and careful pruning you can grow any female cutting into a bonsai momma that will produce hundreds of clones per year

I have a few cloning questions.
So like I just added another airstone with pump.
so now there is 2 airstones. so that means 2 times the air bubbles.
which should mean more oxygen for the roots right.
