well i just wanted to know if takein creatine powder will raise your level of creatine in your piss???even if you drink shit loads of water for the test.BURNT TOAST.did i felll for to much creatine or not enough?i eat only red meat wich is packed full of creatine and on top of that i work out with creatine powder.i take the powder every day..i failed but when i took them my creatine bottle after thay told me i failed for creatine,,ay had me take another and thay passed me?? so like i said can you only fell for low levels??

On the first UA did you maybe dillute too much? I've never used the creatine tabs because I eat a shit load of red meat. But I'm usually careful not to drink more than 48 ounces of gatorade before the test.

Once again, your sample cannot be flagged for high creatinine because there are no upper limits established for creatinine. If there were upper limits, they would be clearly outlined in the regulations set by the US Dept of HHS, which they are not, and for a valid reason: labs check the creatinine level to determine a diluted sample, or if a substituted specimen had been used. In making their determination, the labs look for low readings and low readings only for creatinine. Under DHHS mandates, urine samples with a creatinine level over 20 mg/dL are satisfactory. Urine samples with a creatinine level of 2 - 20 mg/dL are ruled diluted. A urine sample with a creatinine level less than 2 mg/dL is ruled a substituted specimen (aka "not consistent with human urine").
