That has been the surprise medical aspect of mj for me - it greatly helps me stick with my workout regimen! Wake & bake/hike & bike, that's the ticket. This morning I meant to finish up with half an hour on the stationary bike but I was so into the tunes I stayed on it for an hour.

Yeah - you are missing something. Tincture, aka green dragon - alcoholic tincture of cannabis. I think that would suit your purposes much better than oil. Check out Master Wu's Green Dragon thread - it's a sticky in the Concentrates subforum.

Oh & the amount of alcohol involved is miniscule - with my stuff, half a teaspoon is a pretty strong dose.

You like having a sort of "drip dose"? I've experimented a fair bit lately with edibles, both oil (well, butter) & tincture, & for me I've found it best to sort of determine where I want to get & take that much all at once - subsequent little doses don't seem to have nearly the effect of the initial dose.

What's your experience?
