Jerry Garcia's Blue Widow, Blue Apollo, and Mystery Seed From Start to Finish

Last Night I went down to do some laundry and decided to take a look and found the HPS out I did get it to come back on last night then when I came home today it was out again I know it is not the bulb but the ballast I did smell the burnt varnish smell from over heating so the F@cking Ballast went bad. It was a handy down so that is not an issue.

Well I Guess it is harvest time now. I don't know I have to think about this.

you can buy a ballast at home depot for 20 bucks, and some cfls, as a temporary lighting till u get your hps back, or order a new one online right now should be there in a few days, hey Jerry, hit me up with the names of some of the best haze strains these seed sites got

I really don't know what to tell you. I have never grown any Haze. All I have grown is White Widow, THC Bomb, Blue Widow, Blue Apollo, Purple Power, and Mystery Seeds.

The White Widow and Mystery seeds, were from Buy White Widow marijuana cannabis seeds from Holland. The Purple Power was one of the mystery seeds from here.

The Blue Apollo and Blue Widow were from Joey Weed Seeds

The THCB were gifted to me from a fellow grower.

Sorry about the HPS JG.....sh*t......the plants are still loking bomb......and man another great suggestion from you for InspectaEX was the Joey Weed Seeds from Hemp Depot....i know they still deliever to the US.....great show.....sorry for the recent turn of events.

The HPS is back up and running, They only got a few hours extra of darkness. How much I am not sure. I doubt they will hermi on me for that or at this point in the grow.

All that was wrong was the power lead connecting to the ballast burned up. so I removed the burnt wire sections striped new sections and reconnected. My first impression was wrong Thank God So I am good to go for now.

Wow they are getting BIG. I gave them a drink of plain water on Thursday. My problem is the taller ones are beginning to fall over They want to go to the light. How I am countering this is by bending them back towards the walls and at about the midway up the stem I give a bend until it is almost to the point of snapping and it causes a slight weak spot in the stem and the weight of the cola causes the cola to lean towards the wall and not fall over.

I have taken a few samples from the lower buds and dried them out. So here is an early smoke report:thumbsup:The Blue Apollo has sweet smell to it and is heavily covered with trich's that are mostly clear. When smoked, out comes the blueberry flavor not strong but noticeable and is a smooth hit. This leads to a slow creeper but eventually very strong heady buzz ( the type where you can't remember shit from one minute ago.) and lasts a very long time. 1 four inch long bud has lasted me 3 days. 1 bong hit will give a real good buzz, 2 you are completely stoned:stoned:, 3 or more you will be drooling on yourself. It is a very sedative buzz.

Tomorrow I am off to State Collage PA to see the Dead play so I am going to let them go at least until I get back on Tuesday then it may be Lights out on Wednesday and Harvest on next Saturday.

Well the time is here to harvest and here is the first,

BA #4 came in at a final height of 51'' and the largest cola is 3'' wide and 12'' long. She is a heavy weight with buds that are rock solid. Most single bud-lets are 1'' in diameter and 1.5'' long. Estimated final weight 3.5 ounce's.
