Sorry Amsterdam and Chinnery, but we cannot allow our government to do things like this. It goes back to the expression "if you give them an inch they will take a mile one inch at a time". Why do you think we have democracy and communism in the first place? It was to get out from under dictatorships. If you give them the power they will use it, usually to their own benefit and to your detriment. We have already gone farther from what our founders intended for a central government. Maybe you trust the people in government and you have to to an extent but trust their honesty? Only a fool believe a politition's word.

As for anyone that thinks Jack's facts are off I massively disagree. I've spent the last 3 months since I ran into his site fact checking and he seems to be spot on. Also, can you think of a bigger motive than $60 billion dollars a year in energy market? I am not normally a "conspiracy nut" as you put it but in this case I believe there may be some meat to this.

As for "Well that proves nothing, it's like offering an award for disproving the alleged existence of God" what does that have to do with basic chemistry from a textbook? X amount of industrial hemp = Y amount of biodiesel/ethanol. Have you even read his site or did you walk in with an attitude and blinders?

I know. Pisshead has really lost her touch lately don't you think. Her posts are just funny now with no sense of reality anywhere in them. Oh well. Just like Bluecat,( who really was a 19 year old who couldnt get anyone to listen unless she said she had a son in the war) another victim of BDSD bites the dust.
