    Slight Problem...

I see there are EXPERTS here, so I will address my concerns with them!

My Dilema: I'm 22 years old, 6'0 tall and 135 pounds... My wife and I smoked heavily for one year until I went to court this past thursday for a reckless driving ticket (HORRRRRIBLE DRIVING RECORD, hi-po trained driver........ caught cleaning off my tires at McDonalds...) soooooooo judge orders 25 hours CS and 12 months supervised probabation, which after 12 months, charge is reduced to violating traffic sign (lawyer was council to the past Governor of my state)

So as I type this, it's been 2 days since my last blunt of midgrade....yesterday, I ran a total of 5 miles...2 more today and plan on 5 more tomorrow. I have been working out for the past month HARD... increased my reps by 50%. Don't actually know I have to piss, but I'm sure I do. Have to call Monday to talk to the PO who I havent met to arrange my CS so I'm sure I'll hear "come in on so and so for a pee pee".... anyone know how long I have before they actually tell me a I need to pee?

Where I live is POOR so I'm pretty sure it's going to be a little cheap-o stip test...

    MY PLANS:

DILUTION... exactly what N2 recommended. Also, increased my fiber intake, garlic intake, AND drinking chamomile....

After monday, NO excercise, and BOJANGLES!!!!!!!

If I fail, my RD ticket comes flying back and I'll probably do some time.. which I'm not worried about... failing a piss and it going on my record and fucking up my whole life is what freaks me out..

    Thoughts, suggestions, critisism... anything appreciated

ok so far only one question.when will you have to piss..well thats like askin when the war in iraq is gonna be over..or here is a picture what strain is it no one knows..as far as workin out do you take lifting sub's>>you know protine and creatine.i also workout, and to much of supplements can make you fail a test.mainly creatine..i have failed because of a negative diluted sample just for having to much whay/trac creatine in my system.but if you got the bottle it is also an excuse

btw if you are 6.0 and only hitin a buck 35 than you dont need to work out.focus on putin on some weight then get the arm's...its a lot harder to get big when your small than gettin big when your big

This is incorrect. A urine sample is ruled "diluted" when creatinine levels are low. A urine sample with a creatinine level of 2 - 20 mg/dL is ruled diluted. There are no upper limits established for creatinine, so therefore a lab cannot flag samples for having high creatinine. As long as the creatinine level is over 20 mg/dL, its satisfactory.

"hi-po trained" driver?? with a horrible driving record?? I don't think so. Kids out screwing around and doing something stoopid is more what it sounds like. Too bad you got caught. Maybe you need to think about taking a *REAL* performance driving course, and add a dose of common sense.

FWIW, I took Bondurant's week long performance driving course at what was Sears Point(now Infinion) raceway in 1976. They started us in the classroom, then to the skid pad, them to hot rodded 240Zs, then to Formula Fords on the last day.

Now... either get with the program, and learn what *real* performance driving is all about, or........pay the price, because throwing money(rubber) on the ground "cleaning off your tires" is not a real bright thing to do.

Actually, I attended Skip Barber's Hi-Po school in daytona florida TWICE... and I wasn't just a KID screwing around. And it does suck that I got caught

I just wondered how long it usually takes from the initial call to the PO to when they actually call you in.. can you post pone it?
