whats wrong with this plant? it's not nearly as beautiful as the other one. any suggestions or comments about the well being of my babies?

Whats the deal male plants? hey there fellow growers, lookin for some tips. i have a few closet plants going. they are around 3 weeks old. one of em is 5 inches and growing beautiful, full leaves like mad. the other is around 3.4 inches tall and is struggling. it has a twisted stalk and few fan leaves that have only 1 leaf on them. where the first leaves branch off there are these little spindly things coming out. i was wondering if this is a sign that it is male? and also does the low quality of the leaves Rating: 5
