well first of all you gotta get them each in seperate pots, and make sure to get them enough nitrogen.. get a good fertilizer for veg. stage, or dilute your piss 1/10 to water and water your plants with that, theyll get lots of nitrogen

I hate to break it to ya but that pot is not going to be good for much besides novelty. Unless you want to grow cannabis' very close cousin, the strawberry! That is what those pots are built for. The side things are supposed to be for the little runner things that you can pin down and root.
I'd suggest you start over with fresh seeds, or try to scoop out as much of each plant's roots as possible- right away- and put each in its own pot. Keep them out of direct sunlight for a few days after transplant to get over having their roots jostled.

You won't get much of anything. Those pots do not drain well at all and it is likely that your plant will die of root rot before harvest.
But if you want to flower it in there, change the lights to 12/12 NOW to keep them as small as possible. They will still double or triple in size and choke each other out, and transplanting is an important part of keeping a rapidly-growing annual happy in a pot over time... transplant. Give yourself half a chance.

With a potting hand-shovel for the larger ones, or a large metal serving spoon for the side one. Take as MUCH dirt in the scoop as you can. Try not to break up the root ball.

Let them recover for a few days, then gradually move them into dappled sunlight and then full sun when you see that they can take it.
You will be feeding them soon too if you aren't already. They don't seem hungry yet though.
