MY FIRST QUESTION is exactly how much vitamin B-2 you should take: 10x the daily dosage recommended on the bottle (10 pills in my case) or 1000% of the daily recommended value? Each of my pills had over 5000% daily value so I basically took 50,000% daily value of B-2 yesterday and was still pissing bright yellow this morning so I only took 2 more of the vitamins 3 1/2 hours before my test this afternoon. I used the new Tiger Gatorade (which has more electrolytes than normal Gatorade) for my fluids and ended up drinking 64oz by the time i completed the hour of fluids and replaced my first few voids. I also loaded up on some red meat and creatine supplement from gnc the past few days. The SECOND QUESTION is: Does someone my size even need to do the creatine loading, I read another post where someone was told not to worry about it because they were a big guy also.

I got to LabCorp and ended up pissing a more neon yellow color than I wanted to. I'm a bit worried about this but the collection lady didn't say anything and seemed to rush through the process-She never asked if I took any other medicines or had me empty my pockets. I think I'll pass, worst case might get diluted result if the neon color raises red flags at the testing center. I'd love to hear any experts opinions the vitamin and creatine issues for future reference though, thanks for any help- I'll post my results when I get them.
I've never bothered with b complex but I think 2 pills would probably do it. May have drank a little too much fluid but it will probably be fine. I have never bothered with the creatine either. I eat a lot of red meat. I'm 6'1" 280 lbs. Use to dillute all the time and it always worked when I was a light smoker. Now I use synthetic urine so I don't have to worry if everything went right.
Sounds like she was pretty laid back on the testing. Thats good. Anything to make it easier is ok with me.
