What the article doesn't say is that the bill will only allow patients to grow it themselves, and possess up to 2 1/2 ounces. There will be no dispensaries, or other forms of distribution, unless the federal laws change. I contacted my senator recommending that he support the bill, even though I have misgivings about it's effectiveness and practicality.
:thumbsup: good luck! i'm no expert but i don't think prop 215, or sb 420 or whatever the law it was written into, ever addressed the dispensaries, either, but to me they seem like a logical next step. your new gov seems pretty cool, hope he gets a chance to make history and make NY number thirteen. :smokin:
