NY Assembly Passes Medical Marijuana Bill

This is good news...Is this bill law, or does it go into the next phase of legislatures now?? Seems the new york government is a bit different..?

It has to pass the Senate, and then goes the Governor, who has not made his opinion known as to whether he will support it.

This bill, in various incarnations, has been around for 10 years, which is why I am not holding my breath for it to pass anytime soon.
