Vitamins screw up

This question may seem odd since I have not used in over a year

About an 1 1/2 hours before my drug test I had a pepsi and a high vitamin drink that I have everyday. I didn't think about it until afterwards, if that was a bad idea or not. I don't know if that could cause the urine to be diluted or rase other vality questions.

Please help me!

No problem. It takes quite a bit of fluids in a short time to get a negative dillute. If you can't pee when you go in for a UA they will make you sit there and drink 40 ounces of water.

To re-cap my day. I had a morning monster java energy drink,

probably 2-3 bottles of water, pepsi and then the vitamin drink.

then the drug test in the afternoon....

it wasn't clear it had yellow to it. It wasn't dark but it was clear.

It was NOT clear it had yellow to it. On a scale of 1-10 10 being dark. It was a 5

I get You...I think You look good but I have not diluted in years. You don't have to leave Us alone, There are many knowledgeable people here to answer as many questions as You can ask, eventually.

Do you know how much water it would take to delute. I just don't understand. I drink alot of water regulary. I had no idea I could screw this up on my own by drinking healthy stuff.

I just scared....
