wet leaves and direct sun or HPS lighting will definitely fry the leaves. Your grandma knows exactly what she is talking about. Trust me, i have done it. Look at a droplet on a leaf and you will see the magnification. If the sun is filtered or the lights have just turned on, its usually safe. Always trust the grandparents!
allrollsin21 Reviewed by allrollsin21 on . misting my plant???? ok so what is the point of misting your plant(s), everyone always gets told from one person or another to do it, but i think its an old wives tale... anyone have any idea on the benefits of doing this, I had always been told by my grandmother that {water on leaves+hot sun = burned up plant} because the water magnifies the sun or some shit... idk some help on this would be much appreciated.
