so these are a little over a month old, 2 different strains, just some random kush bagseed.. the tall one is smelling DANK already and the small one is getting eaten :/ they get like 4-6 hrs direct sunlight and about 10 hours of indirect sunlight. their nutes consist of human nitrogen waste
and they got their first dose of ethelyne today. so how are they looking?

hmmm, Not to bad for a month, they look just alittle streached, I would find a place that gets another couple hours of direct light. you should also put them in bigger pots, or in the ground soon. Aside from the streaching get to the bottom of the little assholes that are munching your plant. do you know whats eating them?

I agree... it looks like it is definitely time to put them in bigger pots... if not past time to do it for some of them. That could be why they are stretching... they could be stressed from root-lock beginning to set in.

no i dont know whats eating them, but i sprayed some bug killer around and on the pots but not directly on the plants, its just some commercial insecticide bought from the store, will it harm the plants if i spray it on them? and so far i dont see any roots coming out the bottom holes, but i am planning on repotting very soon, if theyre stretched will the bud be not optimal?

hmmm make sure you dont get any chemicals on the plants! its best not to use the insectaside. try a solution of soap and water, I will look for an exact recipe if you want, you need to find out whats eating them though because different pests need different cures, but the soap and water shit should work just make sure you dont use much soap (just alittle and i think you use lye soap) and spray the tops and bottoms of the leaves. that should work.
If there are no roots sticking out of the bottom of the pot you should be fine, and as for the streaching, it wont effect yeild or potancy directly but you want a strong thick stem to support the weight of the plant when it gets older. to small your plant could snap in half from its own weight. only the taller one looks bad to me. you might want to tie it to a stick or something for support.
Just make sure you get them in better light, you should be fine.

well i did make a brew of lemon peels, garlic, and hot peppers and sprayed it on and around my plants but i dont think it deters bugs for that long, i was thinking of LST'ing the tall one a little bit, to grow out instead of up because the stem is pretty flimsy. ill try the soap one tomorrow, do you think normal dawn dishsoap would work? thanks

the brew seems like it would work. and LST doesn't seem like a bad way to bulk up the stem. have you heard of the straw method to strengthen/protect stems? and yeah i heard that a drip or two of dish soap should work i really wish i could find that recipe for you though... but i still cant find it

ok so after giving them 12 oz of water each yesterday and spraying them good with ethylene/water, i went back today and they really hardened up, the stems and leaves got stronger, and the leaves bent downwards and kind of curled in.. its lookin good. is this from the water or ethylene?
