What an insane country we live in. Another reason to cut the budgets of all police agencys. They got nothing better to do than just obnoxiosly harrass people.
It's true, where I live they are nothing more than legal thugs that shake you down to generate revenue on behalf of the city. Which in turn they use to fund highly unpopular programs. I'm sure some of the good cops are also frustrated/angry about this.

I truely dislike my mayor and his use of the police force.
