This is the way, I did it:

1. Water and Nutes

2. Water

3. Water and Molasses (1 TSP per gallon)

4. Repeat steps 1-3

Each step is when the plant is bone dry, according to my moisture meter. This may not be the best way, but it's my way....:glugglug:
