I figure with a genie, a lighter, and one of the old dorm and livin' with the folks days fabric softener tubes, you could vape detection free in just about any public bathroom stall (best if no one else was in there of course). The tube diffuses the vapor so it dissipates very quickly, and as ineffective as they are for covering up smoking, it absolutely devours the scent of vapor.
