well I don't really get bongs? Like I have a vague idea how to use one but I really don't understand the carb? when to cover it , when to let go.
anyways , anyone want to supply a newbie with a bong smoking guide?

for pipes with removable bowls, do as eaglestud says, with bowls that have a carburator, put your finger over the hole and take your hit, then uncover the hole at the end of your hit and the sudden influx of fresh air delivers your hit straight to your lungs
