Need Pot Brownies recipe for someone with allergies
I got a friend going in for surgery next month (wisdom teeth extraction) so smoking isn't an option, so me n some friends are getting together and pitching on a whole lot of bud for brownies.
The only problem is that he has a severe, as in death, allergy towards milk and milk by-products, more specifically, lactose, so my question is, does anyone know a recipe that we can work with but won't put him at risk? Thanks for any and all replies.GreenGiant07 Reviewed by GreenGiant07 on . You'd have to look on the boxes to be sure but I don't think there are any dairy products in a regular brownie mix.
Just dry the weed in an oven on about 250 degrees for about 15 minutes. Put it though a coffee grinder. Then mix in some canola oil in a pan for a few minutes. Let the oil cool back down and then just add the oil to your brownie mix.

Less chance of getting something stuck in the socket!
That being said. Make your brownies from scratch! That way you are sure there is no milk! It isn't that hard- can you follow directions? (If you can't- does your boss know that?) If you can, you can cook! Look on the net for a brownie recipe- there are HUNDREDS. You can safely substitute water for the milk in the recipe with little affect to end product!
In fact- it will be better for you. Milk interferes with the heart healthy effects of chocolate! I just mix the pot in with the oil and add a tablespoon of cinnamon- helps cover the smell when heating the oil, tastes good in the brownies and helps keep my blood sugar levels on an even keel.

A little cooking advice- first, READ the whole recipe! Visualize the process. Second, get out everything you will need- ingredients and utensils. Third, preheat the oven. Fourth, you don't need to FRY the pot. It needs to get up just barely past boiling water temperature. Frying can get a lot hotter than that. So heat the oil until you can't stand to put a finger in it and remove the pot from the heat and let it cool before using! Some folks do a long, slow heating and strain out the (now THC-less) plant material. I just heat, cool, and dump the whole thing into the mix.
With open sockets- I'd skip any nuts in the recipe. When his mouth is healed, try it with hemp seed- available at your local heath food store- REALLY good for you nutritionally and yummy, too!
Good luck and thank you for being a good and caring friend!
