Medical Marijuana Shop regulations?

So me and my friends are sitting here baked, and want to know, What "title" (pharmacist, doctor, ECT.) do you need to have to open a medical marijuana dispensary shop?

Any owners of a medical marijuana shops? What are the steps to opening a shop, what do you need? What are the regulations?

I don't think you need a specific "title" or anything. I suggest calling your local county officials and see what the rules are about medicinal marijuana. I know anybody who will work in the club must have a doctor's recommendation (obviously).

There are also rules & regulations (depending on the county) as far as the limit you can have at a time. Also, finding friendly neighbors around the place you want to set up shop will probably be a hard job as well.
