Lookin pretty good. Wise choice not pulling half yellow leaves off. I think people like to pretty up their plants for the photo sessions, but they would be much better off leaving leaves on that still have some green in them. So what if your cuttings are small. They don't need to be big. They only need to be big enough so that there is enough foliage for them to eat while they are getting roots. If everything turns yellow before there are some good roots, then they are too small to start. Otherwise, not. I've rooted many cuttings the size you show.
