Bagseed Lowrider? What causes this
I am really starting to admire this little seedling. All of his/her growth has been in the leaves and next to none in the stem. Are these some good genetics that I should consider reproducing?

Bagseed Lowrider? What causes this
As a seedling, too early to tell. It looks healthy though, and any plant that starts off healthy (even bagseed) is a potential winner. Healthy seedlings usually mean there are some better than average genetics in there (not to put too fine a point on it). If growth continues to impress, look at the yield and finally the potency. If the yield is decent with good potency, or there is a tremendous yield / tremendous potency, then try to hang onto some. For now I would say at least don't let anything (bad) happen until you know more. You could get lucky! I've seen some really good stuff come from bagseed...
