I hope he comes out of this ok. If I was sitting on a jury and an officer lied to gain his information about a defendent I would just say not guilty. Alot of these cases are entrapement just like in Tommy Chong's case.
People have just got to start standing up to our numerous police agencys. If people put in power don't have the ethics to do there job within the confines of the constition then get rid of them.
