    need some advice (novice)

Well, as the title suggests I am a newbie at growing, and plan to start growing this spring (roughly 25 seeds of First Girl ordered from amsterdammarijunaseeds.com). I have done quite a bit of research on growing in general, and growing outside. There seems to be a grey area with regards to fertilizers/nutrients and such, quite a bit of difference in opinion. I'm looking for advice on when exactly to start growing (live in NY), and the best germination method for growing outdoors. Also, specifically, I could really use some help on the whole nutrient and fertilizer thing, it can be overwhelming for a newbie. For any experienced growers, could you help me out with a sort of schedule of when to feed the plant and what to feed the plant. I would greatly appreciate it. Although I am a first time grower, I do not want to waste my time of course and want to do it the right way. Thanks in advance for any help!

    well In my experiences...
if u gro out doors u really no need the ferts....Tho they will help...
unless u r in ur garden at home Once a month ferting outside is plenty...
keep them topped as they will grow tall and noticable...
never plant all in the same area...have 3 or four spots....lottsa human hair(barber shop garbage cans )..
start ur seeds inside 3 weeks prior to the day u wish to plant outdoors..
plant 1 week after last frost of spring...
here its may 21 central canada..
    always IMhop...
    keeps..

dig a big fucking hole, add sand, two dead bait fish and a bucket full of cowshit and chicken shit at coca husk if you got it, i used to use a light liquid fertiliser everytime i watered, every second or third day, dont over water and let them dry out a little between watering as this makes the roots look for water and grow, the better the soil preperation the better! be careful of blood and bone it is an xcellent fertiliser but attracts wildlife, like dogs.

Peters 20-20-20 during veg states that one tablespoon per gallon of water at 1/4 strength for outdoor use. I know it kicks ass for indoor (one teaspoon per gallon at 1/4 strength).
