First, you went on someone's property (=TRESPASSING) to dig up a plant that you WRONGLY believe to be Cannabis, when in fact it is an ornamental called Astilbe, or Goats Beard. I have a collection of Astilbe growing in the shade garden in front of my home as well, and if I saw some punk kid digging them up, I'd take off one of my oh-so-fashionable garden Crocs and nerf-slap him into next week.

Cannabis look-alike threads, MERGED for your enjoyment! so i was walkin through these broken down train tracks that are secluded. i saw a pretty large feild of what looked like weed. the leaves looked exactly like weed, smelled like it to. But it was very low to the ground and the stem was viny. it didnt have any flowers growing with it. Is this weed?
