Age of Conan - Anyone?

Hey guys, i'm new to the forum here but really like the whole community and see myself staying a while

Anyways, I was wondering if any one has dippd into Age of Cocan. A much anticipated MMORPG based in the world of Hyberia. The game is said to be one of a kind aswell as the most violent of its kind. I still am yet to play it, so I ask for some feedback.

Is anyone currently playing this game and if so what are the positives and the negatives, please make me either want to buy it or trash it. Thanks for the feedback.

I can't shed much light on this game since I haven't played it myself or really researched about it, but I'm an active member in the mmorpg.com forums and I have read many posts about how this game leaves out many features of basic mmo's. I also read that it has tons of loading screens and the graphical requirements are pretty high. DX10 hasn't been enabled yet for it either.

My brother's friend played Age of Conan, after getting bored from playing WoW. He said Age of Conan is pretty much a beta, that your paying 15 dollars a month for. Its missing huge chunks of the game, and it gets boring once you hit the level cap, since there is no content really there. Plus it takes 30gigabyts to install it... for me thats half my computer. Though the graphics are good, and that new kind of combat system. You need a really fuckin good computer to run it on high or medium to even appreciate the graphics, and with the combat system the PVP element of the game is not really implemented yet so you cant really use it. One of the main pvp features is castle sieges, and you cant even do them yet, as well as castle or what ever they are called are not working properly. I would suggest buying it later on this year when the release more patches, so you can get a "fulfilled" experience.
