You're going to have to grow ALL of them at least to sexual maturity to keep the healthiest female. You don't even know which is the gurly until then. Read the link in my siggy, and the 'continuous canopy' sticky in basic that explains about plant spacing at different ages. FINISHING 1-3 plants in that space is correct, but you know that you have to start at least 4 to give the best chances of a healthy female, and even then, it is not 100% guaranteed.

Can I at least slap 'ya around a little?
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . My really stupid question (Please dont beat me to a bloody pulp) Most of the information ive found around this site and the google talk about methodology pertaining to multiple plants. I was hoping to grow just one for, well i guess for the hell of it mostly. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on this. I intend to start at least five and keep the healthiest looking gurly. Any tips, any advice after that. I can say it definitely wont be hydroponic. I have a 3X3 space in my closet. And....go! Rating: 5
