Yeah, the ferts certainly didn't help things. It made them a little worse... but they're still alive and mostly green...

I imagine for re-potting to make a difference I would have to shake all the "hot" soil out from the roots. I've never done that... I always just put the rootball into the new pot, with all the old soil still in the roots. Would it kill the plant if I shook it all out? I can only imagine that damages some of the roots.

I don't know if it would be more stressful to re-pot them or just make sure to flush the soil good when I water them.
